I. The day kicked off at 8 AM sharp with a legal thunderclap, worthy of a bureaucratic telenovela. I launched a Final Legal Writ (Formal Notice) at the giant Digi Romania and the market "puppet master," the ANPC (Consumer Protection). The fight is on again: the corporation is the Mountain, the ANPC is the Wall, and I’m just a little pea. But guess what? The little pea has payslips in his pocket!

II. These slips are not just crumpled receipts; they are incontestable proof that on April 17th, 2025, when their contract was being signed on a tablet in Romania, I was physically working and getting paid in the UK. Therefore, my claim that I didn't sign it is true because I was at the other school! Their fraud is not a simple error; it's a colossal lie that legally nullifies their contract.

III. The stakes? Our demand included the immediate contract cancellation and payment of incontestable moral damages, totaling €1,000 (Euros). We gave them a deadline of 15 days (until December 6th), warning them that non-compliance means we meet in court. There, my payslip will become the legal katana.

IV. Shockingly? Both institutions, otherwise slow-moving, responded immediately! They folded like paper slippers. The ANPC confirmed receipt of the Writ and asked me to grant them respite (regaz), assuring me they would reply "in the shortest time". This is a victory: my evidence is finally being taken seriously.

V. This process is a manual about how to fight a system. When an individual holds legitimate information and evidence, they are no longer a "nobody"; they become a giant. This action is monitored under Case Code 334.

VI. With all the morning's gains, a major Atu was still lost. In the middle of this battle, right before noon, I was struck by a personal blow: I failed to obtain the essential medical letter from the doctor for my UK residency file. This failure, which occurred just before lunch, completely derailed my day's strategy, forcing me to rethink the entire plan.

[CONTINUATION: How I transformed this medical setback into a major legal solution, in Episode II.]
